Cava Cava Cava’s A Chameleon


When it comes to wine, I like to think I’m quite adventurous. But matching a white cava with a slow-roasted leg of lamb was a new one on me. And guess what? It works!

Of course the Catalans have, like, known this for ever. Which is why I was trying this combination at a Codorníu Wine Barcelona Supper Club held in London. (more…)
